Hailing from South Carolina, Meredith embraces a lifelong love for vegetarian cuisine, fine dining and wine. After college, she lived in Napa Valley, where she developed her skills as a sommelier, and was also trained professionally in raw food cuisine. Her passion for healthy and unique dining experiences continues to further her discovery and promotion of living cuisine as a viable lifestyle choice.
